Bampton Pre-School Playgroup works very closely with the Primary School as far as Emergency Procedures are concerned and will shut if the school is shut.
The following emergency procedures will be used in the case of extreme weather conditions.
1 Local radio plays a key role in an emergency, as it as the only way information can be transmitted rapidly.
2 In extreme weather conditions you should tune to Heart FM (FM 102.6) or BBC Radio Oxford (FM 95.2), click on the names to 'listen live' on the web. Parents are advised not to ring the radio stations but to stay tuned for further details.
3.Pre-School will be following County Council guidelines about possible closures due to the swine flu pandemic. Please note the following:
If Bampton Primary School is closed at any point, Bampton Pre-School will also be closed.
Any closures will be posted on our noticeboard at Pre-School and on this web-site as soon as possible.
